Adventure Dinner x Hotel Vermont Takeover

Our first ever overnight adventure was a celebration of romance, fire and rekindling our love for Burlington with food, drink, activities, and views to light a little spark. Couples indulged in an outdoor four course, four drink adventure all over Hotel Vermont — including an overnight stay in a king-sized room!

To warm up, we took over the hotel’s private terrace for a proper celebratory greeting: a champagne tower! Once we properly sipped away our stress, we found the outdoor wood-fired oven (we’re breaking it in before the season opens!) where Chef Doug prepared a private fire-kissed feast with paired cocktails designed to heat things up.

After dinner we set off on a sunset adventure complete with sparklers, lakeside cocktails and glowing views of the Adirondack Mountains. And don’t think we forgot that every romance needs a sweet treat—we had dessert ready and waiting for guests back in their hotel rooms.

As this event took place during the COVID-19 pandemic, masks and social distancing were required. Stay healthy, stay safe!
