We had a hell of a field party! We crushed summer vibes with a solstice celebration that was equal parts farm hootenany, sun worship and fire cooked dinner party…and we got to see Farmer Nick on his motorcycle, too.
In true Adventure Dinner fashion we trekked up into a hayfield to light the fires for our pig roast, and served up a multi-course feast lit by candles and golden hour rays. Glasses were kept full of summer cocktails and juicy wines as guests dug into piles of roasted meats, hearty summer salads, baskets of bread, and perfectly seasoned char-roasted veggies.
As a final treat, we closed the night with a ceremonial sparkler sendoff, sending you off into the night with smiles all around.
