We threw on our best black tie attire for a night of dazzling fires, spooky-tacular cocktails, and continental fare inspired by the iconic 1980 movie, The Shining.

Lauren “Lloyd” Hayes poured tipples from our martini cart before we sat down to a table perched alongside the burning fires of the AO glassblowing studio. Chef James “Johnny” Kitchens fired up the wood grill for a feast fit for the Torrance family—ceaser salad service, grilled oysters, prime rib steaks with horseradish crema, and of course, whiskey.

And per usual, Sas “Wendy” Stewart kept the paranormal at bay using the sound of clinking glasses and the flickering of candles.

All work and no play makes anyone dull…
