We’re filling our tables with five course Italian pasta feast that features the bounty of spring, from carrot ravioli to spinach + basil cream coated strozzapretti. Plus a farmstand to purchase pasta from Trenchers Farmhouse!

A five-course omnivore dinner that demystifies how to enjoy all the parts of an animal, and gives tips on how to source product and recreate dishes at home.
FRI, APR 18: VEGAN MUSHROOM FARMER’S TABLE DINNER with FUNJ Shrooming Co.
Spring has taken over the interior of the Clubhouse, and we’re filling our tables with live-growing mushrooms for a 6 course feast celebrating the star of the evening! Purchase mushrooms from FUNJ’s farmstand at the dinner.
