Palmer’s Sugarhouse, Shelburne, VT
We’re back at our pals Palmer’s Sugarhouse for another evening of sugarbush exploration, sugarhouse feasting, and sugar shack delight!
We'll fuel up with our first course before embarking into the sugarbush trails. The Palmer family will guide us to the still-standing relics of the original sugar shack from the farm.
Once we've accounted for everyone from the woods, we’ll dip inside the maple house for our long table feast! Exec Chef Eric Hodet is plotting an insane, Vermont farm-driven dinner that weaves in threads of tapped maple glory to each dish.
Bonus: all four courses features a professionally paired cocktail or wine selection, available with or without alcohol.
Guests take home a mini bottle of Palmer's maple syrup, a keepsake to remember our adventure.

Celebrate the (eagerly awaited) shift to Spring with a night of guided journaling and bountiful feasting at the Clubhouse! Guests will walk away from this soul and body-nourishing night with personal reflections on sustenance, healing, rebirth, rebuilding, and community.
For this heartfelt night, we’ve invited Leslie Ruster to expertly guide us through an hour long ritual of expressive writing in your journals, paired with a custom herbal tea tasting.
After our heartfelt journaling, guests will take their seats for a family-style feast that celebrates the first peeks of Spring with ingredients sourced from local Vermont farms and producers. See the menu below.
To compliment your home journals, local shop Handful Goods will have their pop-up on site offering a rich supply of journaling items, accessories, and home goods available for purchase.

We’re throwing a party to celebrate the sacred spud—and sugaring season!
Like our other pop-up bar nights, we’ll be offering casual counter service from our Library, with cozy seating scattered throughout the space.
Drinks will flow from our gorgeous cocktail bar, the kitchen will be cooking up a storm of fries, and we’ll have a fave Vermont maple producer in house to sample their syrups. (It’s sugaring season, afterall!)

Bringing it back to 1996 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the cult classic, The Craft! Our spooky-obsessed hearts rejoice at this opportunity to bring you a thrilling dinner halfway to Halloween. Cause really, why wait?!
Once you step inside The Clubhouse doors, you’ll be guided by Sarah, Rochelle, Nancy, and Bonnie to time travel to Southern California in the 90’s . . . aka the Clubhouse decked out and ready for some sisterhood spells.
Take your seat at our light-as-a-feather, stiff-as-a-board tables for a multi-course feast fit for a witch. Each dish inspired by the witchcraft of the four teen witches and brought to life with the produce and protein power of Vermont farms and producers.
Our Spooky Bar will be serving up potent potables for purchase, including craft cocktails, mocktails, natural wine, and local beer.
