SAT, JUNE 6 | 6 PM - 9 PM
Adventure Dinner Clubhouse , 70 Roosevelt Highway, Colchester, VT
We’re slipping on summer early, and we’ve got a farm cheese feast to prove it!
NOTES TO GOATS
We’re teaming up with the Blue Ledge Farm crew so we can very creatively show our goat love at our upcoming Summer Cheese Farmer’s Table Dinner!
During the welcome hour of our dinner, we’ll have a station where you can write a little note to a Blue Ledge goat on burdock leaves and kelp sheets—words of gratitude, well wishes, a good dad/goat joke, whatever your heart desires.
These edible (to goats) words will be kept safe for the journey back to the farm where the Blue Ledge farmers will feed their flock the heartfelt and tasty treats. Now who can’t wait for that adorable video?!?
THE CHEESE-IEST FEAST
AD Exec Chef Eric Hodet’s multi-course menu is a master class in how curds move beyond the cheese board. We’re taking Blue Ledge Farm’s delicious goat (and cow) lineup and folding it into belly-warming polenta, upgrading your radish experience, doubling down on a silky asparagus veloute, and walking a tantalizing line with a savory dessert cheesecake mousse.
If you love cheese, we promise the flavors are going to blow your mind. Take a peek at the full menu below 👀!
Adventure Dinner’s Farmer’s Table is a creative dinner series that celebrates the bounty of Vermont farms, and brings farmers and producers to our Clubhouse space for a night of fun and feasting—plus a pop-up farmstand from our featured farm!
