We headed back to Adam’s Berry Farm to celebrate all our favorite berries as they snuck into our multi-course, fire-roasted dinner and perfectly paired bevies!
Guests explored all the corners of Adam’s Berry Farm—from their private blueberry fields to their stunning post and beam barn. Each course paired an exciting cocktail with savory dishes that highlighted the season's bounty. And Chef James brought our epic grill to the farm to make sure many of the dishes were flame-kissed, too!
We closed our evening amongst the sunflower patch, taking in the setting sun over the Adirondack mountains while enjoying dessert and our last drink pairing. (Plus, our signature sparkler ceremony–you’ve got to see it to believe it!)
