Adventure Dinner hiked our grills back to the picturesque Blueberry Hill Inn for our first-ever foraged dinner! Our four-course menu featured ingredients sourced from Vermont farms and foraged from the forest floor paired with thoughtfully crafted drinks.
Guests laced up their boots and came hungry for this exploration and progressive feast in one. We discovered four courses along a two-mile adventure on the trails where the greens were popping and the birds were chirping!
We’ll end our evening with a final stop around a glowing bonfire, looking out across Blueberry Hill Inn’s spring-fed pond.
