Adventure Dinner: Bridgerton Tea + Forest Walk

Phones down, pinkies up! Adventure Dinner served up a modern take on British tea set in the picturesque gardens and forests of Goshen. Guests joined us to celebrate all things spring and Regency era with our four course, four cocktail feast—a tea-soaked adventure not to be missed.

Our adventure debuted with a guided trek into the Green Mountains where guests learned expert tips on foraging and how to identify the awakening forest flowers. And no Bridgerton tribute is complete without things getting a little steamy—the first course was served over a campfire, filled with tea-smoked delights. Seats were taken in the garden and tea cups were filled with cocktails and courses fit for a queen. We finished with a pond-side dessert amongst the leafing apple trees—a setting of which even Lady Whistledown would approve.
