CEMETERY

Saturday, October 13

Waterbury, VT

It was a time to get spooky at Adventure Dinner...if you dared! The journey started with a wander through a historic Waterbury cemetery–letting tasty bites and tombstones intermingle. Guests found the secret passageway and made their way through the edge of the fields to a dreamy fall feast surrounded by barns and historical homes.

We were excited to feature James Beard award nominated Chef Cara Chigazola Tobin of Honey Road (one of our favorite haunts). Copper platters and wood boards lined the autumn-inspired table, filled with late-harvest veggies and local meats roasted over coal in the Eastern Mediterranean tradition.
