We filled our glasses with vineyard delights for another Bacchanalian feast at Ellison Estate Vineyard! We made our way north to the Islands for a private vineyard tour with founders Kendra and Rob Ellison. They looped us in on how they turn cold-hardy varietals into exquisite wines with complexity and character—don’t worry, we tasted those grapes, too ;-). Guests could expect a proper celebratory dinner party–we popped bottles of their latest vintages and paired them with multiple courses of succulent treats straight off our wood-fired grill, mastered by our Exec Chef James. (Delightful non-alcoholic pairings were available upon request.) After a relaxing dinner, we gathered ‘round for a final sweet treat, epic views of Lake Champlain at golden hour, and a special sparkler sendoff.
