Adventure Dinner: Farm + Field

COVID-19 Style of Event: Small and Mighty

After over 2 decades of grazing livestock, these intrepid farmers handed over the reigns to a new set of farming hands, and we stepped up to celebrate!

We lit the bonfire and cooked all day for this 4-course, 4-paired cocktail extravaganza that explored and celebrated every inch of this gorgeous hilltop farm. Guests parked and were greeted by two of the mightiest maples in all of Vermont—not to mention the namesake for this special place.

From there guests were sent to cut through pasture to discover a fire in the woods, where they received their first drink and fire-roasted course. They took in the hilltop views as they descend back down for the main meal, laid out at a (socially distanced!) table in the original barn. To round out the night, we gathered around the cooking fire to enjoy dessert and final tipple, the perfect close to an adventure on the farm.

As Farm + Field took place during the COVID-19 pandemic, it was a hybrid picnic-style, pick up event.
