Goats, cocktails, and farm-fresh cheese? We were in for a night of goat joy at award-winning Blue Ledge Farm! Guests were greeted at the picturesque goat farm with stunning mountain views and a chance to see firsthand the goat milking process. But what is a night on a goat farm without a meet and greet? We grabbed our first cocktail and headed on into the field for a cute-as-can-be moment with the goat herd. While we were off kidding around, Chef James had our open-fire grills ready to prepare a multi-course feast fit for a warm summer evening. Dishes featured and complimented Blue Ledge Farm’s delicious goat cheese lineup and was perfectly paired with cocktails and chilled wines. We closed out our delightful evening with sparklers, dessert warm from the wood oven, and views of the surrounding green hills during golden hour.
