We hosted our first-ever botanical dinner! We kicked things off with a private tour with Wilson Herb Farm owners Lindsay and Brenden Beer–the gardens were exploding this time of year! Along the adventure, we discover our first savory course and cocktail pairing, followed by our epic long table nestled right in with the wild oats and echinacea. This special night boasted an herbal ingredient from the farm in each dish and drink pairing–a true table-to-farm experience cooked over our wood-fired grills. Farm fresh herb-infused cocktails and mocktails were perfectly paired with each course. (Delightful non-alcoholic pairings available upon request.) After a relaxing dinner, we gathered ‘round for a final sweet treat, epic views of rolling green hills, and a special sparkler sendoff.
