Adventure Dinner: Cocktail Party at Naulakha

We asked our guests to put on their finest linens and join us at Rudyard Kipling’s Naulakha estate for an intimate evening of mixing, mingling, feasting and fun. Fresh off his Top Bar in the US nod from Esquire, we were joined by rising star chef, Nevin Taylor, from The Crooked Ram for a feast of fresh bites that pair perfectly with abundant sunshine, historic mansions and cold, craft cocktails inspired by the turn of the century.

While Nevin manned the grill, Sas and crew whipped up modern riffs on the popular cocktails of Kipling's era, including a Golden Milk Gin Fizz turmeric and rose water spiked riff on the 1888 classic. (Fizzes were the spritzes of their time!)

And if that was not enough, we served up oysters, a trip through a blooming rhododendron tunnel, a family style feast in the garden and exclusive access to explore the inside of Rudyard Kipling's Naulakha house-- The night ended in the attic with an impromptu, boisterous pool tournament on Kipling's original 19th century table!

Each ticket included four courses, four paired cocktails or mocktails, access to the house + grounds for exploration.
