Leaf Peeps + Aperitifs

For this Adventure, we put on our cable knit sweaters and put together a night of aperitif cocktails, fall foliage, and fire!
For this magical fall evening took us over mountain and river to arrive at a private estate location in Wallingford. We hosted a playful night in and out of the forest, complimented by bespoke fall cocktails, fire-cooked feast, and a closing bonfire.
Our torch-lit table was made complete with a feast from longtime friends at Homestyle Hotel! We were honored to have Chef Alyssa Prouty leading the charge (she trained in Italy and cooked at the James Beard House more than once, folks!), assisted by fellow native Vermonter Sous Chef Christian who has been serving up delicious meals at Homestyle for the last six years. Our evening featured local farms, early fall produce, and native meats—cooked over our wood fired hearth —and paired with amaro-spiked sips and autumnal pours.
After we a wood-kissed feast by the pond, we circled around a blazing bonfire for a final digestif + sweet treat and a closing ceremony that had us all floating off into the night.
Each ticket included: four fall-filled courses, four paired cocktails, and foliage exploration
