We threw on flannel, grabbed our lap blankets, and welcomed the crisp air with an outdoor dinner amongst the trees!
We celebrated the finest foliage with a four-course feast of Japanese eats with the chefs from Kitsune, served riverside at Tälta Lodge in Stowe!
After peeping leaves and welcome treats on Tälta's newly minted patio, we wandered the sprawling lawn. Our long table was perched riverside, hosting a nourishing feast that blended modern Japanese cooking with the best of Vermont's fall harvest.
This dinner included four perfectly paired cocktails and sake pours, with non-alcoholic pairings available upon request. Dessert was served outside under the stars before our signature closing ceremony around a blazing bonfire.
