Our signature winter Love Trek returned for a third year of back-country adventure!
The journey started by careening up a mountain pass, winding past frozen rivers and evergreen trees gently laden with snow.
Guests arrived at Blueberry Hill Inn and strapped on their cross-country skis or snowshoes before checking in and setting off on a 2-mile adventure in the deep drifts of the woods. It doesn’t get any more Vermont-y than that!
We scattered four fire-cooked courses—each with a thematic drink pairing—along the trek. Each stop explored the warm love of cold climates from inspirational places around the world. Staggered start times meant guests coulld move through the trek at their own pace—ending with a final course around a glowing bonfire, looking out across the frozen pond.
Talk about an appetite for adventure!
