We hosted a banquet feast to celebrate the Lunar New Year and the year of the rabbit!

We were deeply honored to have Chef Breana Lai Killeen of Killeen Crossroads Farm team up with Chef James Kitchens to host a multi-dish banquet feast inspired by her Chinese heritage and the traditional Lunar New Year. Dishes featured included dumplings, rice cakes, fish, and longevity noodles, and many more delights.

In between waves of delicious food, we slipped on over to our calligraphy station and tried our hand at writing Chinese characters, and creating a Lunar New Year keepsake to put up in our homes. 

Our Lunar banquet dinner included unlimited Chinese hot tea, and our team served up a robust cocktail selection, mocktails, natural wines and local beers for purchase all night long.

Closed out the year of the tiger with a roar!
