We celebrated the cosmic energy of the fall new moon with a multi-course feast prepared by James Beard nominated Chef Maria Lara-Bregatta of Café Mamajuana.
Guests sat at our candlelit table as we watched the sun dip behind the Adirondacks from our spot at the regenerative farm Earthkeep Farmcommon in picturesque Charlotte. We served fire-kissed dishes and kept the glasses full of delicious tipples.
After the feast, we basked in the moon's glow with fire, dessert and a final drink. We honored mother earth and our ancestors with our signature sparkler ceremony.
