Guests threw on their mud boots for an evening of sugarbush exploration, sugarhouse feasting, and bonfire delight!

The adventure started right off the bat! We fueled up with our first course, then embarked onto the sugarbush trails to discover a cocktail hidden in the woods, near where the relics of the original sugar shack still stand. 

Once we accounted for everyone from the woods, we dipped inside for our sugar shack feast! Exec Chef James Kitchens and Chef Eric Hodet served up an insane, seven-dish evening that wove in threads of tapped maple glory.

To close out the evening in style we slipped outside for dessert, a final paired sip, and a pond-side bonfire (low fire danger forecast + weather permitting). Guests took home a mini bottle of Palmer's maple syrup, a keepsake to remember our adventure.
