We threw on our mud boots for a one-night-only evening of sugarbush exploration, smokehouse feasting, and bonfire delight!
Guests started their adventure by traveling to an iconic sugarhouse in Shelburne, where our evening centered around that most beautiful of tree gifts–maple. 🍁
The adventure started right away! Guests followed a meandering path through the running lines in the sugarbush to discover our first course, paired with a cocktail hidden in the woods, near where the relics of the original sugar shack still stand.
After emerging from the woods, it was time for our sugar shack feast. Exec Chef James turned on his southern charm for a sophisticated smokehouse feast of multiple savory courses that weaved in threads of the top maple from the run.
Once we all had our fill of the feast, we slipped outside for a pond-side bonfire, dessert, and final paired cocktail. Before guests headed home we slipped a mini bottle of maple in their hand, a keepsake to remember our adventure.
Tickets included: Sugarbush adventure, 4 courses, 4 paired drinks, and a take-home mini maple bottle
