We sent off 2022 Adventure Dinner Style! We went full tropical fantasy with a Filipino Kamayan feast—hands down the most unique NYE dinner in all of Vermont!
Our traditional feast featured banana leaves layered with Lechon pork, tropical fruits, aromatic rice, coal-grilled veggies, lumpia, and fire-kissed skewers...and so many surprises from the mind and heritage of Chef James Kitchens.
Bevvie expert Lauren Hayes had been getting extra creative with the cocktail menu for this special evening—trayfuls of playful tropical drinks made the rounds all evening.
Plus you know us—we had plenty of fun surprises to make NYE 2023 one to remember.
Tickets included: enormous Kamayan feast (we’re talking many, many dishes), scrumptious dessert. and four tropical drinks. Plus, we stepped outside after we wrap to enjoy the downtown Burlington fireworks!
