We transported to Northern Italy via a pasta feast celebrating Trenchers Farmhouse, the slow food-focused operation of Giacomo and Jenny Vascotto.
As it’s only right, we kicked things off with a classic aperitivo hour, passing out platters of embrazzone* and pours of light cocktails alongside a guided olive oil and balsamic tasting from Giacomo and Jenny.
Once guests were seated, we let the armchair travel begin! We served up three handmade pasta courses, scooting across the Italian landscape to celebrate traditional shapes and sauces, each brilliantly paired with wine from that region.
A soothing digestivo and dessert closed out the night–but we didn’t send home guests empty handed. Everyone travelled back with some treats from out Trenchers friends.
Tickets included: five pasta courses, five paired wines (or mocktails upon request), artisanal olive oil + balsamic tasting, as well as pop-up farmstand access to purchase things enjoyed during the meal.
