PIG + PASTURE
Saturday, November 4, 2017
Chelsea, VT
Guests grabbed their favorite fall flannel and joined us for a barn feast like they’d never seen! They followed our directions through the woods to arrive at a small slice of farm heaven. The trek started through pastures and over creeks, emerging on the heritage homestead site when the farm was founded hundreds of years ago.
Buried earth cooked pigs, smoked cocktails and the bounty of fall harvest awaited guests in a barn filled to the brim with warmth and locally-sourced food.
A portion of each ticket was donated to efforts to rebuild Puerto Rico.
