Our guests sipped a bourbon cocktail while our chef cooked a refined, multi-course feast. Yup, we went full cowgirl for our first event with Grass Cattle Co. Our very own Sas Stewart (aka Whiskey Queen) kicked up dust...and poured four American whiskey craft cocktails, each paired with a four-course feast inspired by the era of great steakhouses.

We explored whole animal butchery presented by our own Chef James Kitchens and Grass Cattle Co. owner Steve Schubart. Our long table was nestled in the picturesque barn of fellow Charlotte Adam’s Berry Farm—with a carving station right at the table!
