Adventure Dinner: Solstice

We flaunted our favorite flower crowns at our semi-virtual Scandinavian solstice celebration!

We teamed up with Philo Ridge Farm to throw a farm feast in honor of the longest day of the year! Together we created a menu that transported us the shores of Sweden for our take on the traditional "midsommar" meal---dishes that highlighted the best of what was coming out of the greenhouses and gardens, paired with cocktails that draw on fresh flowers, local fruit, and yes, a little house-made aquavit.  

Guests were texted the secret pick up location 24 hours ahead of time; we waited with a three course smörgåsbord, three courses of paired cocktails, a fold out poster filled with creative solstice inspiration, and a link to a private dinner page with all the details to keep you on track through your virtual dinner. 

Once home, guests unpacked, following the instructions on their private page, and tuned in for our opening ceremony. For dinner we broke into small private dinner parties with other guests on the Adventure! After dinner we grouped back together for a closing ceremony and final thoughts from founder Sas.

Stay safe during COVID-19: we staggered individual pick-up times to encourage social distancing, and use a touch less pick-up process.
