Solstice & Full Moon ADventure Dinner

All moon worshippers gathered and set their celestial intentions at our summer solstice celebration with Killeen Crossroads Farm!
Executive Chef James Kitchens (Adventure Dinner) and Chef Breana Lai Killeen (Killeen Farm) served a 4-course ode to their Chinese and Filipino heritage using the Asian vegetables, eggs, and chickens raised on the farm.
Our evening started with a welcome hour where guests grabbed a cocktail or mocktail from our pop-up bar and visited our field kitchen for their first savory bites. We had special access to tour the farm, learning about the innovative and sustainable agricultural practices the Killeens use for raising chickens, cows, veggies and fruit.
For dinner, guests took a seat at our signature long table for a feast cooked over open flames. Each course was paired with wine or mocktails that took us on a journey through the homestyle Asian cooking that sets a culinary foundation for both our Chefs. A table-to-farm feast we’ll dream about until winter, presented by two brilliant chefs.
We ended our adventure with dessert and digestivo drinks on the farmhouse patio, lingering in the golden hour rays—a perfect end to a summer solstice celebration!
