Slip on your sturdiest mud boots and tap into our Sugar Shack series to celebrate that good good. Maple syrup will inspire our dishes and bevies at all three uniquely Vermont events—from pop-up bar in the woods to an unlimited BBQ feast, to our much-coveted sugarbush trek + dinner.

At our Maple Celebration Night, come for the lambs and horses and stay for the unlimited plates of fire-kissed maple BBQ, old-fashioned tap challenge, scavenger hunt in the sugarbush, and tasting flights of maple syrup. Plus you can choose your fave and we’ll bottle a pint for you to take home!
Thirsty after all the fun? Our pop-up bar will be fully stocked with maple syrup-spiked cocktails and beers for purchase.

Adventure Dinner is bringing barbeque to the ultimate old-school sugar shack—Shelburne Farms! For the first time ever, you’ll catch our wood-fired kitchen and pop-up mocktail bar serving up a maple syrup-infused BBQ lunch as a part of Maple Open House Weekend right on the historic property.
We’re weaving the first run of the farm's sugaring season into each savory dish and delectable bevies, all available for purchase at our pop-up at the Farm Barn. Come for the maple treats and stay for the oodles of sugaring fun for the whole family. No rezzies or tickets needed, only joy for maple and the outdoors!
