Guests threw on their boots and joined us for our very first WINTER Adventure Dinner!
We started the journey with a deep snow wander through open fields and sugar maples, complete with tasty treats along the path. We emerged at a rolling sugar shack—complete with an outdoor fondue cauldron—before finally sitting down at table filled with an alpine feast.
We proudly welcomed Chef Matt Corrente from the newly-minted Arcadian, who crafted a world-class winter meal inspired by traditional northern Italian cuisine with a modern, Vermont twist.
