We returned to Switchback Brewery--this time for a luxe 20th birthday celebration and beer scavenger hunt!

Switchback's golden elixirs flowed all night with VIP barrel pours, first tastes of new beers, and fresh suds off the tank. Our Exec Chef James Kitchens prepared a wood-fired feast fit for a birthday extravaganza and filled it with celebratory color--purple ube polenta, bright beet tart, and an orange kabocha squash soup. And did we mention we built a punchy blue and green can castle(!) to surround our long table?!

No birthday is complete without cake, so we closed out our evening with lemon funfetti cake trifle and a final sip of brew. A fun night of celebrating another year around the sun for our friends at Switchback Brewing Company.
