For our first feast at Sam Mazza’s Farm, we celebrated the most venerated–and sometimes controversial–character of the veggie world, serving summertime tomatoes in ways that pushed the boundaries of traditional dishes.
We started the evening with a welcome hour, where guests enjoyed their first tomato-kissed cocktail or mocktail, savored their first bites from our field kitchen, and explored a new side of this iconic farm.
After a relaxing welcome, our long table was set amongst apple trees for a fire-kissed feast spotlighting our favorite fruit. While tomatoes were the star, we highlighted other incredible peak-season veggies and animals from nearby VT farms for a true farm-to-table experience. Craft cocktails and wine were perfectly paired with each course.
