Private vineyard? Check. Award-winning natural winemaker, Ethan Joseph? Check. Four-course dinner cooked over open fire? It’s gonna be a night to remember.
At the onset of grape harvest, winemakers thin unriped grapes to make way for the hearty clusters to plump up. These grapes are still a delight, and are pressed into a liquid known as verjus, full of high-acid, low-sugar depth. Our harvest party is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to sip verjus by varietal, and compare it to it’s aged wine counterpart…plus see it shine in cocktails!
Chef Josue has planned a Peruvian feast to accompany our grape exploration, slow cooking local produce and meat to pair perfectly with an evening wandering amongst the vines. Each ticket includes four courses, paired flights of verjus, wine and cocktails, and an escape to the private vineyards of Iapetus wine.
We offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options--please indicate any dietary restrictions in the registration form at check out.
Stay safe during COVID-19: We require masks and social distancing at all events. For in-person events such as the Escapes, we send a COVID questionnaire beforehand and do a temperature check before admittance. Stay safe, stay healthy!
