Adventure Dinner x Vermont Symphony Orchestra
Candlelit Concert
Saturday, Oct 9
8:00 pm
Burlington, VT
Black tie optional
We asked our guests to put on their fancy attire and join us for a candlelit string concert in the heart of Burlington! And boy, did you all look fantastic! We converted AO Glass blowing studio into a one-night-only immersive experience that paired orchestral music with craft cocktails and dessert.
Multiple champagne towers greeted our impeccably dressed guests as they arrived to the art filled entry way of AO Glass. We enjoyed an unseasonably warm night with classy kickoff to very special evening of collaboration and art. Inside the studio, we turned the lights way down and sprinkled candles throughout the converted warehouse space, setting a stunning backdrop to the lively tones of our Vermont Symphony Orchestra string quartet.
Our evening took place in three movements--life, romance, death--each performed by a string quartet from the Vermont Symphony Orchestra and paired with a cocktail from Adventure Dinner and a dessert from three of the top pastry chefs in Vermont: Amanda Wildermuth of Honey Road, Caroline Corrente of Haymaker Buns, and Maryam Counter of Matryoshka's Bakery. We conceived this collaboration to involve sound, light, smell and taste, all in building on one another to create a personal immersive experience.
Tickets included: 3 craft cocktails and 3 paired desserts, 1 glass of sparkling wine, Vermont Symphony Orchestra string quartet performance
