Throw on your mud boots for an evening of sugarbush exploration, sugarhouse feasting, and sugar shack delight!
The adventure starts right away! Fuel up with your first course — a handheld Fried Chicken + Waffle Cone with Garlic-Fermented Maple and paired cocktail—then embark into the sugarbush trails with the Palmer family to to discover the still-standing relics of the original sugar shack from the farm.
Once we've accounted for everyone from the woods, we’ll dip inside for our sugar shack feast! Exec Chef Eric Hodet is plotting an insane, farm-driven dinner that weaves in threads of tapped maple glory. Each course features a professionally paired cocktail or wine selection, available with or without alcohol.
As always, with advance notice we offer vegan, veggie, dairy-free and gluten-free menus, and can modify the dinner for most allergies.
Guests take home a mini bottle of Palmer's maple syrup, a keepsake to remember our adventure.
Tickets are $165 (+ tax) per person and include:

We are happy to allow for tickets to transfer between friends or families. Due to the complicated nature of our events, we are not able to offer ticket refunds.
With advance notice, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and alcohol-free options. Please indicate any dietary restrictions in the registration form at checkout. If we CANNOT accommodate any dietary restrictions, we will note that clearly in the event description above.
We offer non-alcoholic options at every event! We give them the same attention and care, ensuring each drink is delicious and perfectly paired. Make a note at checkout that you'd prefer N/A.
We’re so lucky to have an amazing photographer at each of our events to capture our experience together. We use these photos for promotional purposes for Adventure Dinner on social, web and press. And we share photos here on our site so you can enjoy them too!
