This legendary lineup—Jasper Hill Creamery and Hill Farmstead Brewery—returns for our THIRD collaborative Adventure Dinner!
We’re honored to host this iconic dinner on the peaceful property of Wilson Herb Farm in the Northeast Kingdom. The creative Adventure Dinner Chefs are curd-obsessed—get ready for inventive, cheese-studded dishes that reinvent what you can do with that good good cream, with a nod to the botanicals and culinary herbs grown steps from your table. This is the kind of cheese fever dream we wait all year to host.
This four-course cheese feast is sourced from Vermont farms and brilliantly paired with beguiling beers from the most beloved brewery in the country. And the folks at Hill Farmstead often bust out some gems for this special night…iykyk.
Y’all sold us out in 72 hours last year, so don’t sleep on tickets to this special night!
Adventure Dinner tickets are $175 per person (plus 9% + 10% VT Rooms and Meals Tax) and include: four farm-fresh courses, five Hill Farmstead Brewery beers (alcohol-free beverages available upon request), signature sparkler ceremony.
Due to the nature of this particular dinner, we are unable to offer gluten-free or dairy-free options.
This event is rain or shine! We’ll be enjoying dinner inside the botanical greenhouse on the farm.

We are happy to allow for tickets to transfer between friends or families. Due to the complicated nature of our events, we are not able to offer ticket refunds.
With advance notice, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and alcohol-free options. Please indicate any dietary restrictions in the registration form at checkout. If we CANNOT accommodate any dietary restrictions, we will note that clearly in the event description above.
We offer non-alcoholic options at every event! We give them the same attention and care, ensuring each drink is delicious and perfectly paired. Make a note at checkout that you'd prefer N/A.
