Get ready for the Adventure of your cheese fever dreams! Our four-course dinner will feature 10 different creameries from top to bottom of our brave little state, from enduring icons like Jasper Hill and Cabot to hidden gems like Barn First and Parish Hill.

The Swiss dairy cows will be waiting for you as your park at the Farm Barn—and they are just the first treat!

Enjoy a self-guided tour of the Farm Barn, sipping on a welcome drink and first course straight from our pop-up kitchen before settling in to our long tables for a family-style feast.

We’re pulling out all the stops to create the most epic cheese dinner yet. Think an outlandish grazing table of cheddar blinis and caviar, warm risotto finished inside giant wheels of cheese, slow cooked beef tenderloin swimming in raclette.

We’ll close out this magical evening with a fire-cooked dessert and a last sip outside, taking in the magic of Shelburne Farms after hours.

Adventure Dinner tickets are $185 per person (plus 9% + 10% VT Rooms and Meals Tax) and include: four courses, four paired cocktails and wine courses (alcohol-free available upon request), donation to the Vermont Cheese Council
